Return policy

All non-personalized products are eligible for a return within 30 days of inital purchase. These products include keychains, Clutches, and offices supplies such as magnets/pushpins. Products must be returned in orginal condition.

**Personalized products are not eligible for returns, exhange, or store credit.**

Broken or damaged items fall under the warranty policy. If your item arrive damaged, no worries! We'll send you a new one. Just fill out the form on the contact page.

Q: How do apply the Clutch to my phone?

A: Start by pealing back the laminate backing away from adhesive and apply pressure to a clean surface on your phone. There's no right or wrong spot, so chose your comfortble place.

Q: How do I remove my clutch?

A: Apply light pressure in a seperating motion from the base of the clutch. Once Clutch is removed, peel adhesive in a rolling motion until completely removed and clean area with rubbing alcohol swab to clean area.
